What Happens If a Guest's Credit Card is Declined After Booking an Event Through Instant Book?
If the credit card a guest enters on an Instant Book booking is declined, the booking should be prevented from being submitted.
In the off chance an Instant Book event is successfully created with a failed transaction, the booking owner will get an email confirming that a payment was attempted but did not go through. The guest will also receive an email indicating that their payment was not successful. This email includes a link to their Event Portal where they are able to resubmit payment.
