What Do I Do If I See the 'Require Sync' Message When Adding Menus to the Event Summary?
When you create a custom charge category and then create a new menu with the charge category applied to it, the menu will automatically be available to use in newly created bookings moving forward. If you are applying the new menu that features the new charge category to an existing booking, you will see the following 'Requires Sync' message:
This means you need to sync your financials in the booking! As a reminder, this feature is only available to 'admin' and 'company owner' access levels. Once you update your financial settings for the booking, you will be able to navigate back to the Event Summary to add the menu.
