How Do I Put a Card on File For My Guest?
With our PCI Compliant payment integrations, it's easy to put a card on file without requesting it from the guest. This can be helpful when a guest prefers to call and give information over the phone.
To do so, follow the instructions below!
- Navigate to the Financials tab inside the Booking that you'd like to put a card on file for.
- Scroll towards the bottom of the page, to the Cards on File section. Click 'Put Card on File' in the upper right.
- A form will pop up on the page with the necessary fields to input your guest's credit card.
- After you press 'Add Card', a notification will appear to alert you that the card was stored successfully!
