How Do I Edit Room Colors?
The Calendar automatically generates room and location colors based on a random algorithm, but these can be changed within the Location Settings tab! The ability to edit the colors on the Gather Calendar is available to any user with Company Owner or Admin access. Let's walk through how to make those modifications:
1. Navigate to the appropriate Location page and select the Room tab.
2. Select the three vertical dots next to the room that you would like to edit and click "Edit Room.'
3. Simply select the color field and edit it according to your preferences!
This change will be displayed when navigating to your Calendar and selecting the 'Color By Room' option, as shown below.
