How Do I Add an Event Note in the Mobile App?
Looking to add a note such as a specific guest request, event timeline, or food allergies? We recommend adding these as Event Notes in Bookings.
Click into the event and scroll down to select the blue Add Note button. The red bars indicate fields that must be filled out to save, such as Category and Note. Use the drop-down menu to select the Category and then add your note. Click Save in the top right-hand corner to complete!
Note: The Event Note can be edited and deleted in the Mobile App by clicking on the Note, then selecting the pencil icon to edit or the trash can icon to delete!
