Want to send a Message to Notify your Guest that you have Requested a Card on File? You can do so from the following places:
- After selecting 'Request from Customer' in the 'Cards On File; section within the 'Financials' tab of the event, select the envelope icon.
- Click the 3-dot symbol and select 'Request from Customer' from the drop-down menu.
- Select 'Request from Customer' when you Add a Payment.
