Why Should I Close My Bookings?
Closing bookings is an important step to add to your process in order to accurately report on actual revenue.
To ensure accurate reports, you will want to enter as much information as you can – even include actual totals if they match the estimated totals!

Total Charges (Actual) – The dollar amount for Total Charges confirmed at the end of an Event. This number will function similar to a traditional subtotal.
Grand Total (Actual) – The Grand Total paid by your client confirmed at the end of an Event.
Guest Count (Actual) – The confirmed number of guests that attended the event.
POS Check # – If you collected the booking balance through your POS system, you can enter the Receipt number here to have a quick reference of this payment.
