How Does Gather Help Manage Incoming Leads?
Lead Owners
Assigning lead owners will hold your team accountable, and allow you to see who is performing well! The lead owner is responsible for communication with your customer to ensure qualified leads turn into events!
Message Templates
Creating lead message templates is an integral step in the lead process. Message templates will create consistent responses across your team and decrease response time. Automating these types of responses saves time that can be better spent managing your events and sourcing more leads.
We have provided a few example lead message template ideas below to get you started, however we encourage you to create lead message templates for your team’s specific needs!
Gather Tip: Use variables in your message templates for a personal touch!
Initial Response
This will be used for all Leads that come through via a lead form integration. You can use your lead initial response message template to request additional information for tracking purposes, as well as leave a space to attach saved files, such as menus or floor plans!
Date Not Available
Maybe the requested date has already been booked. Instead of simply letting the customer know the date is unavailable, why not ask if they are interested in another date or time?

Chose Another Space
Did your guest choose to go in another direction and decide not to book with you? Let’s ask them why to better inform your team on the lost business.
