How Do I Request a Payment from a Guest Without Sending Multiple Emails?
Sending multiple emails to your guest can be a bit overwhelming and we realize that oftentimes, one email is the best practice when communicating information to our clients. In order to make your client aware of a payment that is due, you'll only need to follow a couple of simple steps within Gather!
1) Navigate to the Financials tab within the Booking.
2) Select the three vertical dots next to any Hidden payment that you'd like to make visible to your guest. Then, click the "Make Visible to Customer" button.
The new payment will now be displayed on your Proposal page and be visible to your guest. From here, you can send out the Proposal with this payment displayed to your guest!
