How Do I Send My Guest a Credit Card Receipt?
If you are set up with a Payment Integration, any credit card payment made through the Event Portal will generate a 'Credit Card Receipt' within the 'Documents' tab of the event.
Under the 'Documents' tab inside the event, an automatically generated credit card receipt is stored under 'Saved & Uploaded Files'. A new receipt will display here each time a Payment is processed through Gather.
In order to send this receipt to the client, navigate to the 'Messages' tab and click 'Send Message' in the upper right-hand corner, and attach the receipt as an attachment to the body of the message. This will allow you to send the Credit Card Receipt straight to your guest from the Messages tab!
