How Can I Ensure My Message Has Been Delivered?
When an email is sent through Gather, the recipient's mail server provides a response once the message is accepted for delivery. An email is considered successfully delivered when the destination email server returns a positive response after delivery is attempted.
What if the message is marked as 'Delivered' but the recipient can't find it on their end?
If an email is accepted for delivery by a recipient mail server, Gather does not have any additional insight into what happens to the message from that point or exactly what folder it is delivered to. For example, the message may go through a series of spam filters or other processes that aren't disclosed to senders.
To view the date and time that a message was delivered, hover your mouse over the status in the right-hand corner of the message within Gather:
