What Is the Invoice?
The Invoice is an automatically generated Document that is housed under the Documents tab inside each Event. As you build an Event, this Invoice will automatically populate with a detailed Financial Breakdown, including the Total Charges, Subtotal, Estimated Total and Amount Due.
This Document is always helpful to send over to your guests as an attachment in a Message if requested! Keep in mind that a Summary of all Charges and Transactions is automatically included on your guest's Proposal, so you never have to worry about sending the Invoice separately unless absolutely necessary!
Let's look at the specifics of the Invoice!
1. Navigate into an Event, and click on the Documents tab at the top of the page.
2. The Invoice Document is housed in the Automatic Documents area. Click the arrow to download the Document!
Note: After opening this .pdf Document, you'll have the option to either save or print it in the upper right-hand corner!
3. Here's a closer look at the Invoice Document!
The Invoice will automatically reflect the latest information in the Event Details, Event Summary (Menus), and Financials. It also provides a log of all transactions (payments that have already been paid) for an event.
4. On the guest's Proposal, All Invoice information is found under the 'Summary of Charges' area. Payments are also listed at the bottom of the Proposal.
