How Do I Assign Accounts to Bookings and Contacts?
Do you have multiple contacts that work for the same company? The Accounts section of Gather is a database of companies that your team works with. To assign a company name (known as an "account" in Gather) to a contact follow the steps below:
- Click a Contact to view Contact Details
- Click on the blue hyperlinked Primary Contact name within a Booking
- Click on the blue hyperlinked Contact Name from the Contacts tab
- Create a new Contact from the Contacts tab
- Select 'Edit Contact'.
- Enter the Company Name in the Account field. You can select from existing Accounts or create a new one!
- The Account will appear on documents and reports in the Company Name field! You can also start utilizing the Accounts tab.
