Why Am I Receiving a 'Cannot Save' Error Message?
If you are receiving the below error message when attempting to save changes you have made to a booking, this means a processed payment is not reflected in the 'Total Paid' section of the booking's financials.
To ensure the payment is accurately reflected, follow the steps below:
- Add an additional payment of $0.00 to the affected booking in the Financials tab.
- Once the $0.00 payment is saved, the 'Total Paid' will update in your financials.
- Delete the $0.00 payment.
