Update Your Gather Email Signature
Update your email signature to include the dates you are going to be out of office prior to you leaving, so your guests have visibility to those dates in each email you send in Gather.
Set Up an Auto-Forwarding Rule
Set up a forwarding rule in your email inbox so all Gather messages are forwarded to another colleague.

Update the Booking Owner
Temporarily change the Booking Owner of your events to a colleague while you are out of the office, so they will be notified when a guest reaches out to you.
