How Do I Track and Report on Canceled or Postponed Bookings Due to Covid-19?
Use the 'Campaigns' field in Gather to able to track and report which events were lost or postponed due to Covid-19:

How to track bookings and leads canceled or postponed due to Covid-19:
1. Create a Covid-19 campaign under the Tracking section in one of your bookings or leads.
2. Apply the same campaign to all affected events.
3. Make sure all event statuses are updated according to the state of the event or lead
How to report on bookings or leads affected by Covid-19 (after the campaign is added):
Use this report to track the following information for the sum of the events associated with your Covid-19 campaign:
- Grand Total
- Total Paid
- Amount Due
- Grand Total (Actual)
- Total Charges (Actual)
- Guest Count
Bookings Export Report:
- Use this report to see specific booking information for events including the Covid-19 campaign.
- *Make sure the 'Campaigns' column is included*
- Once the report is open in Excel, filter by the Covid-19 campaign so your report will only show the relevant bookings
Leads Export Report:
- Use this report to see specific lead information for leads including the Covid-19 campaign.
- *Make sure the 'Campaigns' column is included*
