What Automatic Documents are Included on the Event Portal?
The Event Portal is the center of coordination for both our venues and their guests. This is where your guests go to view the proposal details. Below are the documents that are automatically included on the Event Portal:
By clicking the ‘View Detailed Summary’ hyperlink, a PDF document of the BEO will open in a new tab.
What is the BEO?
Before your guest signs the proposal, they will be able to review your Policy. They will have the option to agree, print, or read the event contract and policies.
Once the proposal has been signed, the Approval box will include a hyperlink for the Signed contract.
