How Do I Set Up My Payment Integration with my Current Merchant Processor?
With Gather, you can integrate with your current merchant processor using our gateway Braintree. Set up for this option is simple! To get started, we will need some information from you:
- VAR Sheet
The VAR Sheet is typically completed by your merchant processor representative. They can simply include the required account information in the appropriate front end processor area of the VAR! - Terms of Service
The Terms of Service can be filled out and signed by you to give Braintree permission to set up your Payment Integration with Gather.

Note: If you're using Braintree as your gateway and ever have questions about specific transactions processed through Gather Payments, please reach out to our Support Team! We can log into Braintree to provide you with more information.
Authorize.net and Payeezy
If you use Authorize.net or Payeezy, Gather's Support Team does not have any visibility into your account. These integrations are set up through Spreedly, a third party gateway. If you have any questions about your Authorize.net account or specific transactions, you will need to contact their team directly.
Note: The set-up for Authorize.net is different than the process above.
