How Does My Guest Add a Card on File?
With our PCI compliant payment integrations, it's easy for your guest to put a card on file right from the Event Portal!
First, on the Financials tab, you will need to request a card on file. Then, your guest will be able to add a Card on File in the red Action Required section!
- The Guest can select 'Securely Add Credit Card' from Credit Card Required Banner.
- The Guest can select 'Securely Add Credit Card' from Payments section of Event Portal.
