What Does the Guest Experience Look Like on Eventup?
Curious to know what your guest will see when they visit your business profile on Eventup? Below are the steps your guest will perform to inquire about booking a large party event at your venue!
1) The guest will be able to fill out the inquiry (quote request) directly from your Eventup listing on the right-hand side of the screen by filling out the required fields for date, time, guest count, first and last name, email address, and phone number plus the option to add any details. They will then click the blue ‘Let's plan an event’ button to submit this inquiry.
2) After the guest submits their inquiry, they will see this message on your Eventup listing letting them know that their event details have been received. This inquiry will now be in your Gather account under the Leads tab! Any users who are selected to receive Lead Form Notifications will also receive an email letting them know that a new inquiry has been submitted.
