How Can I See Guest Feedback in the Mobile App?
Company Owners and Admins have access to the Performance tab within the Mobile App. Let's take a look!
Open the Gather app on your iPhone or Android device and select the 'Performance' button at the bottom of your screen.
You will be brought to the Guest Reviews tab where you can view Guest Feedback for the Past 7 days, This Month, This Year, or Past 12 months. You will see Positive versus Negative percentages in addition to the number of Guest Responses.
The Guest Reviews tab also includes a detailed list showing the guest name and comment. As you click on each guest’s comment, you will be shown additional details including the Event Name and Location, as well as the date and time the review was submitted.
In order for this view to have data, you'll want to make sure the Guest Feedback feature is activated in your account.
