How Do I Use Team Communication in the Leads Tab in the Mobile App?
From the Leads tab, click into the event where you would like to create or respond to team communication. Select the Messaging tab and then the Team tab to view Team Communication.
Simply click on the ‘+’ in the top right-hand corner to start a message. You can still tag team members using the ‘@’ symbol just like on your computer! Click on the paper plane icon in the top right-hand corner to send this Team Communication message.
Note: Restricted View users are unable to write or tag in Communication on the Mobile App at this time.
