What Are the Benefits of the Closed Booking Status?
One benefit of closing your events is that now you can easily see all closed, or completed, events. This will update the Unclosed Bookings link on the homepage, providing a quick way to ensure there are no outstanding payments or issues that need to be addressed.
Unclosed Bookings will include bookings from the past 6 months that have not yet been closed and do not have a status of canceled.
Still have Unclosed Bookings? Check in to see why that is the case, and ensure your entire team is completing this crucial step of the event process!

- Did I simply forget to Close?
Ideally, all events will appear gray on your calendar – the closed status color – once the event date has passed.
