How Do I Make a Payment on My Guest's Behalf?
If you have a payment integration implemented in your Gather account, you can make payments through Gather! This comes in handy if your guest would prefer to make a payment over the phone or in person.
- Add a Payment to the Booking.
- Click the 3-dot symbol and select 'Pay Now' from the drop-down menu.
- Check that the amount is correct and select the 'Type' as 'Add New Credit Card'
4. You will now see this Payment marked as 'Paid,' along with the Payment date stamp within the Booking and Event Portal. A Credit Card Receipt will be generated under Saved & Uploaded Files.
