How Do I Request a Payment from a Guest?
In Gather, there are two options available for requesting payment from your guest via email.
By 'Requesting from Customer', a message draft will appear with an automatic payment request message prompting your guest to make a secure payment through the Event Portal. If you would like to customize the payment request message, you can create a 'Message Template' including the Event Portal variable!
1. Request New Payment:
Select the 'Request from Customer' check-box when you add a payment.
2. Request Existing Payment:
Select the 'Request from Customer' option from the Payment drop-down.
