How Do I Upload a Document to a Lead?
You have the ability to upload a file from your computer to the store within a Gather Lead. This allows you to easily reference documents related to the lead in Gather and also easily attach these documents to any outgoing messages.
Here's how to do so:
1. Navigate to the 'Leads' tab and click on the lead's name you would like to upload a file for.
2. Select the 'Documents' tab.
3. The lead will automatically include all files that existed in your 'Saved Files' within Settings prior to the creation of that lead under the 'Location Files' section. You can also upload any specific documents for that lead directly from your computer using the '+' in the 'Saved & Uploaded Files' section.
