How Do I Send a Message in Gather?
As an Editor, Admin or Company Owner you can send email messages through Gather from either a Booking or a Lead by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Messages Tab in the Booking and click 'Send Message' in the upper right-hand corner.
- Confirm the recipient's email address, and add any additional recipients in the 'CC' or 'BCC' fields.
- Gather automatically inputs a subject line for your emails -- you may edit if desired.
- Now you can complete the body of your message, including applying a Message Template or attaching files.
- When complete, click Send!
