What is the Conflict Checker?
Want to ensure your team avoids double booking events? Great news - upon saving, the Conflict Checker in Gather will automatically alert you of conflicts when creating new Bookings, editing existing Bookings and converting Leads! You can then choose to 'Save' anyway, or 'Cancel' and make changes to the Date, Time, Location or Room.
If you'd like to check for conflicts prior to filling out all of the information and saving, simply enter the Date, Time, Location and Room and manually click the 'Check for Conflict' button located in the righthand corner:
*Note* The time must be entered in order for the conflict checker to check for conflicts. If only the date is entered, the conflict checker will not look for conflicts with that date.
