How Do I Update the Saved Files Listed for a Booking?
If you've recently updated or created new Saved Files in the Settings area, then those updated Saved Files will automatically appear in all newly created Bookings moving forward. To have them apply to existing Bookings in Gather, you'll just need to refresh those Bookings!
Here's how to complete that refresh quickly!
Note: You won't have to do this refresh for future bookings that are entered after you've updated your Saved Files.
1. Navigate into an Event, and click on the Documents tab at the top of the page.
2. At the bottom of the page, your Saved Files are housed under the Saved and Uploaded Files area.
3. Click the refresh circle in the upper right corner of the Automatic Documents box. Scroll down, and you should now see all new and updated Saved Files!
