How Do I Change the Contact Information for a Booking?
If the Primary or Onsite Contact has changed for a Booking, you can easily update that information in Gather. Here's how!
1. Access the Booking you need to update the Contact information for through the Bookings or Calendar tabs at the top of the page.
2. Once inside the Booking, click 'Edit Booking' in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Navigate down to the Contacts field. Here, click inside the name field to start typing the name of another existing Contact to replace the current one.
Note: If the Contact has already been used previously, Gather will recognize it, and you will click on the suggestion to lock it in! If the Contact is brand new and not yet stored in Gather, select the 'New Contact' option!
4. When complete, click 'Save Booking' in the upper right-hand corner to save to new Contact information.
