Why Can't I Create or Edit a Booking or Lead?
If you are unable to create or edit information in your Gather account, you likely need your user access level upgraded. Reach out to any Admin on your Gather account to confirm you user access level. If you are set up as 'View' or 'Restricted View' you do not have the permissions to create or edit information within the account. You will need to be upgraded to 'Edit' level or higher to do so.
