Why Should I Add Contacts in Gather?
Adding Primary and Onsite Contacts
When you add a Primary or Onsite contact in your event details, the booking will automatically be included in the contact’s past or future bookings list. You can either select from existing contacts or create new contacts right from your event details!
Even if your guest hasn’t booked quite yet, you can always add a contact not associated to a booking! This ensures no duplicate contacts are created, giving you a clean list of guests who book with your brand!
Shared Across Locations
Knowledge is power when it comes to knowing your guests! This is why all contacts will be shared across locations.
